The support system will always seek to help you, but please keep a few things in mind.

The support is a section of Discord where you can ask for support or solve your doubts, you will always be welcome there.
In order not to saturate the ticket system, we ask that tickets not be opened randomly without first reviewing the documentation.
The hardest steps in the guides require a developer friend or even basic Lua knowledge, so avoid doing these steps if you don't have any of these qualities.

For security reasons, we limit tickets only for customers, that is, if you need support it is because you have our resources and to get support attention, you must have the basic customer roles first.
To get them simply log in to our website and you can claim your roles with the Claim Discord Roles button.
