How to open house menu

If you are the owner or tenant of a house, you can access the edit and upgrade configuration menu by pressing F3. This menu allows you to manage and customize various aspects of your home with ease.

In the menu you will find the following functions:

You can use this button to completely decorate your house in the best The Sims 4 style.

Spot placement

You will find the buttons to place your stash, wardrobe or even smartphone chargers.

Your keychain

Here you will see who has keys to your house or you can manage who you give keys to.

Home selling system

You can sell your home to other players or to the bank.

You can rent your home to other players from this menu.
